In line with the City Government of Malaybalay’s Gender and Development (GAD) Program, the City Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) conducted the remaining Basic GAD Orientations for the last quarter of 2025. The orientations were held on October 29 (Batch 8 ), November 14 (Batch 9), November 21 (Batch 10), November 24 (Batch 11), and November 26, 2025 (Batch 12). Two batches were conducted at the People’s Hall, New City Hall, while three were held at the Garden Party Venue, Malaybalay City. A total of 200 city government employees attended the activity.

The Basic GAD Orientation aims to promote awareness, inspire commitment, and support development policies and practices that advance gender equality between men and women in the workplace and in public service. Ms. Sansehry B. Delos Santos, DPA, SAO (HRMO IV), and a member of the Regional Pool of GAD Resource Persons (RPGRP), served as the resource speaker for the orientation sessions.
