Tangible projects that contribute to the growth and progress of the city which the contituents of the City of Malayblay can enjoy and other initiatives that render effectiveness and efficiency o the goivernment services offered are envisioned.

To accomplish all these, complementation, cooperation and commitment between and among the Executive and Legislative branch of the city government is expected.
